Official at the CPO said that around 90 percent prank calls and 10 percen genuine calls dialled up to Resue 1122 from Telenor numbers were routed to his office. Telenor deliberately diverted the genuine calls to the prank calls. It is matter of great concern to the authority to look into matter seriously and will take serious action against the company for the safeguard of the country.
